I grew up in Eagle Wisconsin, a small town in southeastern Wisconsin, the heart of the Kettle Moraine Forest. Known for its cheery smiley face water tower, miles of equestrian trails and well known stop for Harley enthusiasts.  If you blink, you might miss it. Well, accept for the water tower. 🙂

I fit into the Firm well because my core values align with the Firm’s core values. The Firm’s mission, vision and values speak to me and have been guiding principles throughout my life, and prior to joining the firm. We are a great team full of amazing and talented people. 

One of my best attributes is my passion for people. My role with the Firm is very dynamic and I am driven by a deep commitment to the support the well-being, growth, and success of each individual in our Firm and that we serve. 


My passion for helping people began at an early but I didn’t realize how fulfilling working with people would be until I worked as a pharmacy tech during college. I learned a lot about empathy, compliance, communication, patience, handling difficult conversations and situations.  Skills that I am able to apply on a daily basis in my role as an HR Manager.

After graduation, I worked at the Harley Davidson Museum as an event coordinator where I learned even more about  communication, time management, listening, empathy and hospitality. Life’s all about the ride, so in true HD fashion, I got my Motorcycle license.

Prior to working at the Firm, I was the Human Resources Manager for a restaurant group in Iowa. The owner of the business ran successful restaurants in Wisconsin and had the opportunity to expand into the Iowa market. The restaurants in Iowa needed a lot of attention in the people department, a complete overhaul. The first year, we rebuilt the people function from the ground up, through recruiting and hiring smarter, extensive training internally and externally, and providing more structure. When I left the company, to relocate back to Wisconsin, the restaurants were running well, recognized by the corporation and most importantly of all, the employees were happy. 

All experiences that I am able to apply on a daily basis in my current role as the Firm’s HR Manager.

Each and everyone individual in the Firm inspires me to do the best at my job each day. Our people are amazing.
