Originally from Eagle, WI, Kristin’s career journey began with roles that honed her skills in empathy, communication, and hospitality. From her experience as a pharmacy tech to event coordinator at the Harley Davidson Museum, she developed a robust skill set in handling complex situations and fostering team success.

Kristin later served as the Human Resources Manager for a restaurant group in Iowa, where she implemented comprehensive strategies to rebuild the people function, resulting in improved operations and employee satisfaction. Her diverse experiences have equipped her with a unique perspective and expertise in HR management.

Key Accomplishments:

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from UW-Whitewater and a certificate in Human Resources Management and Development from Michigan State University. She is an active member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and supports community initiatives through WeEmpowerHer, reflecting her dedication to professional growth and community service.
